The National Youth Council of Macedonia announces a call for the engagement of an expert or a company to develop a communication strategy and branding for the needs of the project “Support to the Youth Advisory Board of the EU Delegation in North Macedonia”.

The main objective of the project is to strengthen the role of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) as a driving force in the policy-making processes of the Delegation of the European Union, by increasing its influence on youth policies at both national and European levels. The project focuses on strengthening the capacities of YAB members for evidence-based policymaking, improving their understanding of the European integration process, and ensuring effective engagement with youth and the wider community.

Expected tasks of the expert/company:

• Development of a communication strategy for the Youth Advisory Board;
• Development of visual identity and branding guidelines;
• Proposal of communication channels and tools to improve visibility;
• Preparation of guidelines for communication with youth and relevant stakeholders;
• Preparation of a final document with recommendations and an implementation plan.

Required qualifications:

• University degree or relevant training/qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, media studies, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing communication strategies, branding, or strategic communications;
• Proven experience in developing communication strategies for projects, organizations, or institutions;
• Experience in branding and visual identity development;
• Experience working with civil society organizations, international organizations, or donor-funded projects will be considered an asset;
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills;
• A youth-sensitive approach.

Eligibility:

• All interested legal entities and individuals may apply. Legal entities may apply with a team of two consultants.

The application should include:

• Applicant portfolio;
• CVs of the proposed experts (if applying as a legal entity);
• Current company status document (for legal entities, not older than one year);
• Proposed methodology (Annex 2);
• Financial offer (Annex 3);
• Statement of absence of legal impediments (Annex 4, if applying as a legal entity);
• Statement of exclusivity and availability (Annex 5).
